My name is Stefan Wobben and I am one of the co-founders of Concept7. I assist companies in developing new business concepts. I try to do this creatively with the focus on people; sometimes also known as Design Thinking. Thinking outside the box (I used to colour in pictures like this as a child), without building castles in the air. And in the process solving concrete client problems.

I also help our clients improve their current websites. Often this is about giving practical tips, a good one is "change the word free to without obligation and you can expect 10% increase in conversion".

Observing, hearing, seeing, listening and being amazed; all are significant elements to be successful in this line of work. This can be boiled down to me trying to record the struggle which a customer often goes through with a product or service – often using eye track – and working from there to deliver solutions on how to remove obstacles. Nothing gives me more pleasure than creating something beautiful that also works. Less is more.

I also regularly take care of presentations, training and run workshops on user friendliness, user experience and everything connected to these. I do this for, among others, Marketingfacts and Lectric.

My free time can be summed up in three words: sea, foreign countries and reading. Sea, because I like wreck diving in the North Sea or any other beautiful location. Foreign countries because I like to travel and visit as many friends as I can abroad. Reading because I’ve always been an eager learner and gorge myself on the Harvard Business Reviews and most of Amazon.com’s recommendations.
